These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
the products and services offered by CreatorOSKit ("we", "us", "our")
at creatoroskit.com or shop.creatoroskit.com ("the Store").

By placing an order through the Store, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.

1. PRODUCTS
All products sold through the Store are digital downloads. Upon
successful payment, you will receive access to your files via instant
download or an email containing your download link. Products are
structured as progressive tiers (Tier 01–04); each tier includes all
content from the tiers below it.

2. LICENSE
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive
license to use the purchased files for your own creative and business
purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the
files with third parties. Team licenses are available on request at
hello@creatoroskit.com.

3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Products are delivered digitally immediately after purchase. You are
responsible for ensuring you have access to the necessary software
(Notion, Google Sheets, a PDF reader) to use the products.

4. NO REFUNDS
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are
final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, templates, and materials sold through the Store remain
the intellectual property of CreatorOSKit. Purchase does not transfer
ownership or copyright.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CreatorOSKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total
liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria and the European Union.
