Q: Who is CreatorOSKit built for?
A: CreatorOSKit is built specifically for documentary, educational,
and investigative YouTube creators. If you produce long-form,
research-heavy content — this system was designed around your workflow.

Q: How does the modules system work?
A: Each module builds on the one before it. Module 1 is the AI Prompt Pack at €19. Module 2 adds the Notion Channel OS at €29. Module 3 adds the Finance Tracker at €39. Module 4 is the complete bundle — it includes everything from Modules 1, 2, and 3 plus the PDF Launch Playbook, all at €59. The Video Research Engine is a standalone add-on at €49, or get Module 4 plus the add-on together for €89. You can start at any module.

Q: If I buy Module 1 now and want to upgrade later, do I pay full price?
A: At launch, each module is priced as a complete package. We recommend starting
at the module that fits where you are right now. If you later want to upgrade,
contact hello@creatoroskit.com and we will sort it out fairly.

Q: What format do the products come in?
A: The AI Prompt Pack and Launch Playbook are PDFs. The Notion Channel OS is a Notion template you duplicate into your workspace. The Finance Tracker is an Excel file you copy to your Drive. The Video Research Engine includes 4 PDFs and 8 CSV database templates you import directly into Notion.

Q: What is the Video Research Engine and who is it for?
A: The Video Research Engine is a complete 5-stage research and scripting system built for documentary and long-form YouTube creators. It includes 21 AI prompts, 8 Notion databases, and 3 proprietary frameworks covering idea scoring, narrative architecture, and script assembly — from raw idea to publication-ready video. It works alongside the main CreatorOS Kit and with any AI tool including Claude and ChatGPT. It is sold separately at €49, or bundled with Module 4 for €89.

Q: Do I need to know how to use Notion or Excel?
A: Basic familiarity helps, but everything comes with a setup guide.
If you can copy a Notion page and use a spreadsheet, you're ready.

Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Because all products are digital downloads delivered instantly after
purchase, all sales are final. If you have a technical issue accessing
your files, email support@creatoroskit.com and we'll resolve it
within 24–48 hours.

Q: Is this a subscription?
A: No. All modules are one-time purchases. You pay once, you own the files.

Q: I'm based in the EU — is there VAT?
A: VAT is applied where required by EU law and will be calculated
at checkout based on your location.

Q: Can I share these files with my team?
A: The license covers a single user. For multi-seat access,
